Group Travel
for 10+ Adults
A group package can be created for 10 or more adults planning a trip together.
Travelling with friends and family is the largest growing trend in travel and can offer you some additional perks.
Finding the right resort and package price for many people requires an appreciation of all the needs and wishes of a group. It also requires destination and resort expertise to make the correct recommendations. The more details you provide about your group, the more likely we can locate the best match to ensure everyone has a great time.
The same is true for cruise lines and itineraries. There are better options depending on the specific make up of your group.
We ensure our groups understand their contract terms prior to booking, keep them organized for deadlines and make sure everyone knows the requirements of travel for their destination.
Managing groups can present challenges for group leaders. We can effectively do this for you so that all you need to do is have a great time with your friends and family.
If you are thinking about planning a group vacation, simply fill out the request and we can assist you through the process.

Things to Consider when Planning Your Group
Do you have a Birthday or Anniversary celebration coming up and want to gather your family and friends all in one place? Many Canadians opt to do this in tropical destinations or on a cruise. When it comes to planning a group you'll need to take a few things into consideration to reap the rewards of Group Travel.
-
Affordability - What is reasonable of you to ask of your guests? For many, travel is a big expense and one they haven't necessarily budgeted for. Make sure you aren't excluding guests just because you want the best resort. Keep in mind that peak travel dates carry premium price tags.
-
Time of Year - Although financially it may make sense to plan your Destination Wedding during the offseason, there are reasons that travel is less expensive during those times. Weather, including hurricanes and rainy seasons is a huge factor and honestly, who wants rain on their wedding day?
-
Number of Guests - You will need to consider not only how many guests you'll be inviting but also how many may not be able to commit due to things like work, childcare (if choosing an adult only resort), and cost.
-
Must Haves - If you are particular about certain things, keep in mind; not all resorts are created equal. Some have great beaches, nightlife, entertainment and food while others may be lacking in one or more of these areas. Tell your agent about your must have list.
-
Group Size - You need a minimum of 10 adults for most groups. If the resort or cruiseline you choose is family friendly, kids are welcome too but do not count towards overall group numbers.
